I finished the wrist warmers I was making which is a good thing as I think I will be needing them really soon!
These were a quick little make...I think I was ready for a couple of small projects after finishing my big blanket. These are based on a pattern by Lucy of Attic24. I'm sorry I can't provide a link as I have started blogging from my phone and I just can't seem to work out how to add a link! I used to use blogsy to write my blog posts but it started taking an absolute age to publish a post and sometimes would refuse to publish it at all! Has anyone else found this with blogsy? Anyway, so I gave up and have found using blogger from my phone quick and simple! Just the link thing I can't work out but hopefully G might be able to help me as I really am useless with these sort of things! Sorry about that, but if you google attic24 wrist warmers, Lucy's post should come up.
So a few details...the grey yarn is James C Brett Aria in silver. It's a really pretty yarn with some lovely sequins running through it. I did find it tricky to crochet with, it really wasn't the easiest yarn to work with at all. However, I'm glad I persevered because I do like how my wrist warmers have turned out. The pink yarn is Stylecraft Special 4ply in pale rose and I used a 4mm hook.
Today I am exhausted after 3 very long days at work, so I'm now going to put my feet up and have a cuppa and a little catch up of all my favourite blogs!
