Week 8 already?! I can't believe it, and well into November too which seems to have been a very, very quick month...
Anyway, this past week I have been crocheting only the baby blanket that I mentioned last week (I have been doing a little knitting though). I finished it off yesterday and it is now ready to go to it's little recipient...
It measures 85cm x 85cm. I used 3 balls of this yarn....
It was a really nice yarn to work with, smooth and soft. The pattern is from here. It is a nice and simple pattern which works up quickly. I used a 5mm hook for the main part of the blanket and a 4.5mm hook for the edging. For which I used one ball of Sirdar Snuggly in navy and worked my usual edging, taken from Nicki Trench's Cute & Easy Baby Clothes.
Thank you to everyone who has been joining in with Chrissie and I with the CAL these past weeks. If you would like me to include a link to your post here, just leave a little note in the comments...
Some lovely crochet here...
